• Submit a licence enquiry or request through this site (name, company, email, and details of the intended use)
• Submit a booking or shoot enquiry (name, company, email, phone, and project details)
• Purchase an image licence directly through the site (payment is processed by Stripe — we do not see or store your full card details)
• Create or use a Client Portal account (email address, and any project files or communications associated with your account)
• Browse the site generally (via Google Analytics — see Cookies and Analytics below)

We use this information to:

• Respond to enquiries and process licence and booking requests
• Deliver purchased image licences and manage Client Portal access
• Understand how the site is used, so we can improve it
• Meet our own legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations

We don't use your information for anything beyond these purposes, and we don't sell it.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it's used — which pages are visited, how people find the site, and general usage patterns. This involves cookies and similar technologies that collect information about your device and browsing behaviour, but not your name or contact details.

Because our main site and this archive are run by the same business and link to each other, Google Analytics is configured to recognise a visit across both sites as one journey rather than two separate ones.

We share information with the service providers that help us run this site:

• Stripe — for processing image licence payments

Some of these providers are based overseas or operate international infrastructure, which means your information may be handled outside Australia as part of their standard service operation.

We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it to third parties.

We keep enquiry, booking, and licensing records for as long as needed to meet our business, accounting, and legal obligations. Client Portal accounts and associated project data are kept for the duration of our working relationship with that client, plus a reasonable period after.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us:

• What personal information we hold about you
• To correct any information that's wrong or out of date
• To delete information we no longer have a legitimate reason to keep
